Dwayne Smith - School Program Leader

Early in my career, I learned the value of being able to build a successful school-related program. Whether it was an academic, athletic or behaviour related program, I found the key elements for success to be highly similar. Over the course of my career, I can proudly say that these skills were essential to the creation of an academic program that helped contribute to a 99% graduation rate with millions of dollars in scholarships being awarded to students, a "legendary" school football program and the creation of a pastoral advisory program that was student-centered, effective and pro-active.
